The students who own this show their personality to be a big sports fan (especially PennState because of the Nittany Lion). It shows that they are involved or like sports such as football and field hockey. We can assume that girls own this refrigerator because of the heart as well as the magnet of the person playing field hockey looks like it is a girl because of the ponytail. Other magnets have inspirational quotes and a flower showing that the owners like to have words of encouragement displayed maybe to help inspire them or motivate them for everyday. Because these objects are found on the refrigerator the girls who own the refrigerator can always view these object every time they open the door .

This is a picture of a student's desk. The person seems to be very organized because of the way everything is placed on the desk neatly. The books are found on the top shelf (stacked neatly) with the printer found on the right side of the desk. You can also tell this person is organized because of the post it's that are found on the desk which help to organize things that the person needs to complete or Do. On the desk she has pictures of friends/family which shows that they must be important for her since she displays them for not only others to see but for them as they go to work at their desk. We can assume that this is a girl's desk because of the bright colored name plate, The cheetah decoration of the letter "M", and the pictures. Above the desk are pictures, one of which shows an indication that the owner of the desk has a sister.

In this photo it would appear to be a boys dorm room because of the darker color schemes. The room is slightly disorganized with the un-made bed as well as other objects placed on the owner's bed. Another indication that this person is disorganized is the toothbrush that is found on the desk. Usually objects related to schoolwork is found on the desk, where instead this person has a toothbrush. There is an appearance of a gaming system (XBOX) found on the owner's desk which shows that this person must spend spare time playing video-games. Looking at the several posters of sports teams, and the appearance of watching a baseball game on the TV, you can tell that this person is really into sports (especially football and baseball). This person must really support these teams (Eagles and Phillies) and could possibly be a sports player themself. What do the data you collect suggest to you about college life? The data I have collected has shown to be very revealing of students' habits and personality. Looking over the time diaries it is common for students to spend their day going to class, eating, sleeping, catching up on work,taking part in a club, as well as spending time socializing with friends. In one of my time diaries I actually interviewed someone who was a commuter. Though the student spent a full hour of their day between driving to school and driving back home from school, they still managed to participate about the same amount of hours as on- campus students being involved in other activities. Through these observations and data collections it has given me a good idea of how although we are all members of the same culture, Bloomsburg University, every student has their own individual culture, something that makes them unique from the rest; some students dorm, while other students live in apartments, yet there are those who commute.
